• The first column is the number of questions the user must answer.
• The middle column is the number of questions the user has attempted.
• The last column is the number of questions the user has correctly answered three times in a row. Once that happens the question is “retired” 

This can be viewed both on the course enrollment page and the admin view on the user’s profile.
