This guide provides a pricing calculator for SFDC (Salesforce) overages. It outlines the steps to enter the price per license bundle, program names, license overage quantity, and other details. By following this guide, users can accurately calculate the fees to associate as the sales price per item in SFDC Products, ensuring the total matches the SFDC Order Total for IP bundles.
Here is the link to where the excel tool lives on Sharepoint:
1. Enter the Price Per License Bundle - This is outlined in your SOW for overages. Include the Number of Programs in the Bundle. In this example, the client's bundle as 2 programs (Sprint Selling and Sprint Negotiations).
2. Enter a Line Per Program Name.
3. Enter Your License Overage Quantity. Note the Price Column should default to the above. If not, input the price per line that matches the Price Per Program.
4. This Column is to indicate if Accelerate is included. For customers who have multiple accelerate courses within the same bundle (i.e. same users) you only need to select SPP once.
5. Put an X mark for each QuickCheck program. This is important while we still use QStream as a third party provider.
6. Put an X mark for each WFT program.
7. This shows your breakout of fees to associate as the sales price per item in SFDC Products. Please be sure to enter the full decimal value in Salesforce.
8. This is the price for the SPP-Accelerate item; as example, you would enter 43.46667 into the Sales Price field in Salesforce.
9. This is the price per item in QuickCheck for each program to input into SFDC Products; as example, you would enter 43.46667 into the Sales Price field in Salesforce.
10. This is the price per item in SFDC Workflow Tools for each program to input into SFDC Products. ; as example, you would enter 43.46667 into the Sales Price field in Salesforce.
11. This should match the total license bundle per person fee x quantity and match your SFDC Order Total for IP bundles (exclusive of any services you are adding).
