  1. What are the Accelerate Workflow Tools? 
    • The Accelerate Workflow Tools are a Richardson application from our Sprint Selling and Sprint Dialogues methodologies that embeds tools to support sellers to prepare, engage, and advance. 
  2. Can I restrict the visibility of Accelerate Workflow Tools to certain users within my organization?
    • Yes, the application can be setup so that only designated users can see it. This can be achieved using page layouts or Salesforce's visibility rules.
  3. What customization options are available in the Resources section?
    • Clients have the flexibility to custom configure the Resources section to launch client-specific resources. However, clients are responsible for storing these resources on their end.
  4. Which Richardson courses are supported by the Accelerate Workflow Tools?
    • Accelerate Workflow Tools currently support the following Richardson courses: Sprint Selling, Sprint Sales Dialogues, and CSS.
  5. Can I implement multiple Richardson courses in my Salesforce environment?
    • Yes, you can implement both Sprint Selling and Sprint Sales Dialogues in the same Salesforce environment.
  6. What if I don't want to use the Reflect functionality?
    • If you prefer not to use the Reflect functionality, it can be easily deactivated to suit your needs.
  7. For the Sprint Planner, can I choose specific Salesforce objects to use?
    • Certainly! With the Sprint Planner, clients have the option to utilize only the Task, only the Event, or both objects based on their requirements.
  8. Can I modify the Opportunity Vitals to better fit our sales process?
    • No, clients cannot configure the Opportunity Vitals. This is to ensure alignment with the Richardson course content and maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the training.
  9. Is there a way to track the performance and usage of the Accelerate Workflow Tools?
    • Yes, Accelerate Workflow Tools come with a dedicated performance dashboard. Additionally, there is a folder containing detailed reports to help monitor and evaluate tool utilization and outcomes.
  10. Can I see an architecture diagram of the Workflow tools (Sprint Selling and/or Sprint Dialogues)?
