How to change a saved search on the Customer Dashboard

2. Alternatively, click the Dashboard icon from the Customer homepage

 

Tip: Set the dashboard as the default when viewing a Customer. Under the Home icon, select Set Preferences. Select the Appearance tab. Under Centers and Dashboards, select the box for SET CUSTOMER DASHBOARD AS DEFAULT VIEW ON CUSTOMER RECORD then save.

 

3. Click "Set Up" in the portlet to be updated.

 

 

4. Clear the Search field and begin typing the name of the desired search. In this example the "All Projects - All Statuses_Start within 2024 (APAS)".

 

 

5. Rename the portlet as desired in the Custom Portlet Title field then click Save.

 

 

6. Within a few seconds, the portlet will update with the selected Search and apply to all Customer dashboards.
