Can clients purchase additional licenses during the SOW term?

- We are outlining the ability to purchase additional licenses during the term at pre-negotiated rates. You will typically see this in the Additional Terms section after the Payment Schedule in a SOW. We are asking customers to make good faith efforts to purchase in bundles of 10 as much as possible to avoid one off add ons for CSG, provided however, based on the circumstance there is flexibility to order in less volume if needed. CSG is responsible for all license management for the initial tracking and requesting of new adds on in accordance with the SOW language by submitting an item request in NetSuite. If there are any questions, CSG can reach out to netsuite.contracts for any support.
- For an exception base, you may also see tier tables to purchase into. This is a rare exception that is only added upon approval of senior leadership.
