Contract language is written to allow flexibility for a customer to deliver in person or virtual with a recommendation of a cap of 20 (exclusive of TTTs and presentation skills) to keep it flexible for the customer. Generally, CSG can make an exception of up to 25 on a case by case basis if needed. Anything above 25 should be escalated to the Director of Training for review as it may impact quality and any applicable SLAs we may have contracted with a customer.
