The following Accelerate updates will be available to customers on May 31, 2023.
New Product Features:
- Knowledge Check Results View - Users will now be able to see what they got correct and incorrect on their Knowledge Check questions:
👩🏻💻 PHASE 2: Integration with Netsuite Sales Orders to support automatic user expiration functionality
- Users can be associated with a Sales Order and thereby expired automatically based on the expiration date of the SO or license term.
- Expired users will no longer have access to the course but will continue to see their results for the expired course.
- The cadence of emails such as “inactive status” and “new topics available” will be removed for expired courses.
- Admin dashboards will include a new filter to view expired enrollments; users will be able to export this filtered view.
- Manager dashboards and exports will include a column to identify user enrollment status
- Course list page will include column displaying the number of enrolled users

🧩 Sales Capabilities Development
We had identified 12 areas of focus for Sales Capabilities design & development that cover the opportunity pursuit lifecycle; these are now available in our Accelerate production environment and vILT workshop materials are currently in QA. The Product team is partnering with the Sales team to identify a pilot customer(s). The MVP Sales Capabilities definitions can be found here. More to come!

Here are some updates to projects our team is currently working on:
- Prosperous Account Strategy Salesforce Workflow Tool – expected to release at the end of Q2 - (on track)

- We continue to build out sales capabilities in Accelerate with supporting workshop products. The team is now creating modules from Sprint Coaching, Sprint Sales Dialogs, and Consultative Inside Sales.

May 4, 2023 Release
The following items will be deployed in the upcoming release and available to clients on this date. This list does not include other internal and regular maintenance work that we are releasing.
New Product Features:

Ability for Richardson admins to customize a support link for a tenant, if needed, so that a tenant can be directed to eSkillz, Richardson, or another custom link for support.
- UI Update to the Course Selector Card: Users now have the ability to click the "Select Course" button to select their active course, as well as the ability to display course descriptions and durations. Full view below.
NOTE: If a customer has an older version of a course that did not contain a description or duration, that information will not display to them.
👩🏻💻 PHASE 1: Integration with Netsuite Sales Orders to support automatic user expiration functionality
- Initial integration of NetSuite to Accelerate to allow association of NetSuite Customers and Sales Orders to tenants. This is the first step to providing functionality to associate course enrollments with Sales Orders for license tracking. Over the next few weeks, the Accelerate Admin team will coordinate with the CEC to associate NetSuite customers with tenants. Please note the data in the screenshots below is test data, the NetSuite Customer and Memo fields will display the full customer name as it is seen in NetSuite.
- With this integration, users will be automatically unenrolled from courses that are tied to their contract/sales orders.
