Scheduled vs Bundled for Reinforce Content Delivery
print icon

The delivery method for the Reinforce content must be set when the Senior Admin loads the course to the tenant. Customers must select one of the following two options; if no selection is made the course will be loaded as Bundled. Once at least one user is launched into the course, the delivery option cannot be changed without interrupting user activity.* However, it can be different per course since it is a course-level setting. E.g., Sprint Prospecting can be Bundled and Sprint Negotiations can be Scheduled within the same tenant.

When a user completes the Progress Check/Core Assessment following the Learn content, the first piece of Reinforce content is unlocked. The assessment completion date is the trigger for the 7-day release for the Bundled option described below.

Bundled:

As users complete a Reinforce topic, the next topic is released. This allows users to progress at their own pace.

Scheduled:

Reinforce topics are released every 7 days upon completion of the 2nd assessment (Progress Check/Core Assessment). Topics continue to unlock every 7 days regardless of the completion of the previous topic. Users will receive a notification inviting them to return each time a topic is released. The 7-day content release is user-specific and cannot be manually adjusted by the user or an admin; users will each have their own 'schedule' based upon when they completed the Progress Check/Core Assessment.

At the time of this writing, the majority of customers opt for the Bundled option.

*If the delivery method must be changed, then all assigned users must be unenrolled in the course. The Senior Admin will remove the course from the tenant and re-add it with the preferred delivery method. All user activity within the former course will be lost and they will need to begin the course from the beginning.
