Scheduling WebEx Trainings
ØWebEx Training Producer will log into the WebEx Site to create the WebEx Training information (Only a few people have these rights)
ØWebEx Training Producer will copy & paste the WebEx Training information into the calendar invitation for the client/participants
ØParticipants will click on the WebEx Training link to launch the WebEx Training (Cisco) screen
ØParticipants will provide their First & Last Name and Email
ØThe Password is automatically generated or can be manually updated for easy reference
ØParticipants will click “Join”
