Waiting Rooms are not typically enabled unless notified by your dedicated CES/CSA.  Once the Waiting Room feature has been enabled by the CES/CSA prior to the event, the meeting host can click Manage Participants to view participants currently in session as well as those in the waiting room. Click Admit to allow entry for a single participant or Admit All to bring multiple participants into the meeting.
