- ES proofs role plays from Designer per First Edition process
- Designer downloads most up-to-date version of the LG (word doc) from Products library
- Designer makes edits to that LG content, lists out globals for the ES, as well as makes comments on the screenshots of the HB pages to tell the ES if anything specifically needs to be edited or if supplemental content needs to be pulled in
- ES proofs designers edits to LG content
- ES downloads most up-to-date version of the HB (InDesign file) from Products library
- ES makes Designer-requested changes to the HB and runs globals/adds in any necessary supplemental pages
- ES has HB and LG crosschecked
- ES pulls the WB pages out of the clean LG and has the pagination of the WB crosschecked
- ES updates WB page references in the LG
- ES has WB page references in LG crosschecked
- ES downloads most up-to-date version of Learning Content Map from Products Library and carries over any necessary HB edits to the Learning Content Map (if included)
