Closing a QuickCheck

INTERNAL USE ONLY

IMPORTANT:  Prior to closing a group’s QuickCheck access, you must pull a final engagement report and final summary report.  Save to SharePoint under the client’s assessment details folder.  Then, email the reports to client contact, RVP, and AD, if assigned.

To close a group’s QuickCheck access so that thePy no longer receive questions, search for the client’s site and click on “Qstreams.”  Then, find the appropriate Qstream title and select “End Qstream.”

On the next page, you can either select “All participants” or “Only participants with the following tag.”  It is recommended to only use this second option so that you do not accidentally close another group under the same Qstream that should remain open.

Select the tag that makes the most sense to identify the participants who should stop receiving questions.  Tip:  by class date is an easy and recommended option here.

Under “Step 2 — End the Qstream,” select the “Complete Qstream” option.  A window will pop up asking if you’re sure you want to end the Qstream.  Click “Ok” to end the Qstream.  NOTE:  You can not undo this action.
