What are the timelines for QuickCheck implementation?

Timeframe

client setup

Ship date.

  • Request client portal setup from Qstream, and set up Qstream questions. 

Reach out for client roster

3 business days after session date.

  • Request that client returns completed roster no later than 1 business day (or 4 business days after ILT date) in advance of planned QuickCheck launch. 
  • Send the client appropriate pre-communication templates to internally distribute to their participants.  There are different templates for direct reports and for managers.  Client should aim to internally distribute at least 1 business day prior to the launch date

launch

Within 1 week after session date.

  • QuickCheck should be left open for twelve weeks unless there are special circumstances.
  • Check in with client 10 weeks after launch date.

close and pull reports

Twelve weeks after launch date, unless specified otherwise.

  • Please note to pull both the final engagement and summary reports at this time.
