How to: Create and Launch a Project

Quick Notes:

  • Access to create and launch projects is provided to Richardson Administrators only
     

  1. To get started, select the survey your group is required to complete and click ‘Create Project’
     

 

  1. You will then be taken to the first page of setting up a project. When filling in the details required:

  • Follow the Project Naming Convention: Survey code – client – pre/post
    For Example: DC2 - FORD – PRE

  • Start Date and Time is for the GMT-11 timezone, consider this when launching international participants

  • Pre-Nomination must always be ticked

  • Job Holder’s Role = JOB HOLDER
     

Once all details have been provided, click NEXT.

  1. The next page allows you to select the email communications that invite and remind participants to complete the assessment.
    Standard email communications are available and suit all Richardson surveys.

    Once email communications and the frequency of reminders has been selected, click NEXT.

  1. The project setup will show you the different participant types/ rater categories available for the survey selected.

  • Tick the boxes applicable to your group being launched.

  • Job Holder will always be ticked

  • A minimum for the rater category is not required as the project is a Pre-Nomination

Once the necessary categories have been ticked, click NEXT.

  1. The final page of the Project Setup will request you to upload a CSV (Comma Separated Values) File of your participant list.
